• CEO and Board Member of Grupo Sua Música; presents himself as a Billboard Global Power Player 2025 and 2026 (his LinkedIn profile).
• Administrator of every company in the chain: Ambi (Sua Música), New Music Endeavour, Tumusica Company, BR Ventures and Sua Música Digital (Receita Federal, Brazil).
• Co-founder of Tu Música, per the label’s launch announcement (Billboard Brasil, March 30, 2026).

What the record shows

• He signed my contracts as General Manager of Tu Música.
• Tu Música’s website promised releases “powered by the Grupo Sua Música marketing machine” (tumusica.com). Our part in it: not one mention.
• Two of my songs were released without my license. Both have since been taken down.
• The label told the press that “100% of the songs have signed contracts” (Infobae, September 13, 2026). A license from me for those two songs has never been shown.

The question

Mr. Maltz Bin: where is the license for “Agua” and “Equipo Preferido”? And if it exists, why did the answer come as letters threatening legal action, and then silence, instead of a single signed document?
