The case in one paragraph
Producer and songwriter Fabrizio Moreira took part in “Camisa 10”, an album released by Tu Música on June 9, 2026 and distributed by ADA, a Warner Music Group company. He states that his company signed contracts for eleven songs and has received no royalty statements or payments, and that two other songs, “Agua” and “Equipo Preferido”, were released without a contract with him and were taken down after his notices. He filed a claim with the U.S. Copyright Claims Board (docket 26-CCB-0551). Tu Música rejects the claims. Warner says it acts only as a distributor.
