Who is behind the label
I signed my contracts with “Tu Música”. This is what official records say about the company that signed, the owner of the trademark and who is behind it. Everything comes from public records anyone can check.
The chain of companies
Ambi Serviços de Internet Ltda
Trade name: SUA MUSICA. Capital: R$500,000. Owner of the SUAMÚSICA mark in the U.S. and applicant for TUMÚSICA.
New Music Endeavour Ltda
Holding company. Capital: R$1,050,000. Formed on June 10, 2025.
Tumusica Company Ltda
Trade name: TU MUSICA. Capital: R$100,000. Formed on July 9, 2025. The company that signed my contracts.
All three companies share the same address in Rio de Janeiro (Av. Passos 120, room 1301), the same registered email (juridico@suamusica.com.br) and the same administrators, including Roni Maltz Bin.
The register of partners does not show percentages. It shows a single partner at each level: Ambi in New Music Endeavour, and New Music Endeavour in Tumusica.
A structure like this is legal and common. I describe it because anyone who signs with a label has the right to know which company they are signing with, who is behind it and who is responsible if something goes wrong.

And Ronaldinho?
Tu Música presents itself as “Ronaldinho’s Global Music Label”, and the press announced it that way. In the official register of partners of all three companies, Ronaldinho does not appear.
He may have an image or licensing agreement with the label. That kind of agreement does not appear in the register of partners. What was promised in his name is in Ronaldinho.
The trademark in the United States
- The U.S. registration of the TUMÚSICA mark (No. 6008293), in Ambi's name, was cancelled on September 25, 2026 because the declaration of use was not filed.
- In March 2026, Ambi filed two new TUMÚSICA applications covering, among other services, record label and music distribution services. It filed them on an intent-to-use basis: it has not yet shown that it uses the mark in the U.S.
- In August 2026, the trademark office refused one of those two applications, on a non-final basis, as merely descriptive. Ambi has time to respond.
- The company that signed my contracts is not listed as the owner of any TUMÚSICA mark in the U.S.

The Miami headquarters
In March 2026, Billboard Brasil and Bloomberg Línea reported that Tu Música would be headquartered in Miami.
As of October 10, 2026, Florida's official register of companies shows no company under the names Tu Música, Tumusica, Sua Música or Ambi.
My contracts identify Tu Música by its address in Rio de Janeiro. Of the eleven I reviewed, nine choose New York law and courts, and two choose California's.
What I asked
On October 10, 2026, I wrote to the attorneys who represent Ambi before the U.S. trademark office. I asked which company uses or will use the mark in the U.S., whether the label's company uses it under a license from Ambi, where Ambi receives legal notices in the U.S. and where the Miami headquarters is.
I made that inquiry to know which company to deal with and where to serve it. I did not ask anyone to end any business relationship.
I asked for an answer by October 26, 2026. If they answer, I will publish what they say.
