Camisa 10: what was promised, what arrived and the questions still unanswered

Fair Play in Music · October 10, 2026

Transparency note. This article is prepared by Secret Hit LLC, a U.S. production company that is a party to the dispute it describes. Every fact carries a numbered source at the end. Opinion and questions are marked as such. Tu Música, Ambi Serviços de Internet Ltda and Warner Music received the core questions in writing, with deadlines of October 15 and 26, 2026. If they respond, their answers will be published here.

An album for the World Cup

On June 9, 2026, two days before the World Cup kicked off, Camisa 10 was released: an album presented as Ronaldinho Gaúcho's musical debut, featuring artists from several countries.1 It was released by Tu Música, a label the press described as the former footballer's record project and which, according to Billboard Brasil and Bloomberg Línea, would be based in Miami.2

Secret Hit LLC, a New York-based production company, worked on twelve songs on the album. It signed co-production and master co-ownership agreements with Tu Música. Under them, Secret Hit contributed production, artists and its network. In return it received a share of the masters and, in several cases, non-cash consideration: promotion on Ronaldinho's social media, expressly naming the production company.3

Four months later, Secret Hit says that promotion never came and that the accounts do not add up. It also says two of its songs were released without a contract with their producers. This article sets out what the documents show.

Who is who

Secret Hit's contracts identify the counterparty as "Tu Música", based in Rio de Janeiro, CNPJ 61.658.108/0001-60.3 According to Brazil's Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), that number belongs to Tumusica Company Ltda, trade name TU MUSICA, incorporated on July 9, 2025 with share capital of R$100,000.4

The official register of partners shows a chain of companies:4

  • Ambi Serviços de Internet Ltda, trade name SUA MUSICA, has existed since 2012 and has share capital of R$500,000. It is the company behind the Sua Música platform. Its partners include Roni Maltz Bin, who manages it and presents himself as CEO of Grupo Sua Música, Rodrigo de Souza Amar and Alan Trope.
  • New Music Endeavour Ltda is a holding company created in June 2025, with share capital of R$1,050,000. Its sole partner is Ambi.
  • Tumusica Company Ltda, the company that signs contracts with artists, has New Music Endeavour as its sole partner.
  • Sua Música Digital Ltda, an artist services, production and publishing company, has existed since 2020 and has share capital of R$2,175,000. Its partners are Ambi and, personally, Roni Maltz Bin and Gustavo Creder Orensztajn.

All four companies have the same managers and share Sua Música's legal e-mail address. Three have exactly the same address in downtown Rio, and the fourth is on the same avenue.4 The TUMÚSICA trademark at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office was filed not by Tumusica Company but by Ambi.5 More detail in Who is who.

Setting up separate companies for a new project is legal and common. What stands out is how things were divided: the brand and the platform sit with Ambi, while the obligations to artists sit with the group's newest, least capitalized company.

What was promised

Secret Hit's contracts include a marketing annex, "Schedule 2". In four of them, for La Copa, La Diez, Siente la Magia and the Edwin Luna y La Trakalosa de Monterrey track, Tu Música commits to deliver through Ronaldinho's social media at least five stories and three posts per song. The text calls this a "material obligation" and requires tagging the producers. In three of those four contracts, the tag expressly includes Secret Hit LLC. The Jon Z contract sets a minimum number of Instagram and other stories and one Instagram collab, with the same tag.3

The contracts were signed between April 28 and May 28, 2026, before the album came out and before the World Cup.3 According to Secret Hit, that tagged promotion was the reason it charged no production fees: it paid for musicians, mixing and mastering, did the production and lyrics, and negotiated with artists and their teams. It said so in writing in April, when it asked for the marketing guarantees to be written into the contract.6

During negotiations, Tu Música pitched the project in ambitious terms. According to messages Secret Hit received, the label spoke of guaranteed results on editorial playlists, of records on every platform and of a huge worldwide advertising investment. It also stressed the commercial value of Ronaldinho's posts, which it put at over one hundred thousand dollars per package.6 More detail in Promises.

What was known

Two accounts make the timeline relevant:

  • In a voice message on July 23, 2026, a senior executive at the album's distributor told Secret Hit that they knew Ronaldinho would be heavily committed to brand work and appearances once the World Cup began. He added that support from the former footballer was what they understood would become difficult, and that the album was rushed out to make the most of the World Cup.7
  • On June 8, the day before the release, the label's head assured Secret Hit in writing that what had been promised would be delivered during the World Cup. On June 14 he wrote that there was no way to get certain Ronaldinho videos because his schedule was very complicated and that he would be travelling throughout the tournament. On June 26 he acknowledged that deliveries were running slower and said some had already been made.6

That something became difficult does not prove it was impossible. But the contracts were signed in April and May, when the World Cup calendar was already public, and they list the promotion as a material obligation.

What arrived

According to Secret Hit's review of Ronaldinho's accounts as of October 10, 2026, there is no story or post tagging Secret Hit or its producers.8

On October 8, 2026, Secret Hit received its first royalty statement from Tu Música, covering July only:9

  • Its twelve songs totaled 1,727,702 streams in July.
  • The share credited to Secret Hit was R$4,408.40, about US$880. That averages about US$73 per song.
  • Brazil accounted for 112,540 streams, 6.5% of the total. Secret Hit's share was R$203.95, about US$41, for all twelve songs for the whole month.
  • The statement does not show gross amounts by platform.

Tu Música's latest single with Ronaldinho had 12,622 Spotify streams as of October 9, 2026, about two weeks after release: roughly 900 a day.10 Song-by-song detail is in The numbers.

Accounts that do not add up

Tu Música's artist portal shows higher figures for the same songs than the statement does:11

  • From June 9 to September 7, the portal records 5,639,986 streams.
  • For July alone, the portal records 2,354,521. The July statement reports 1,728,202, including a thirteenth song.
  • June, the release month, with 2,546,345 streams according to the portal, does not appear on any statement. Neither do August or September.

Portal analytics and platform payments do not always match, and there may be technical explanations. That is why, on July 20, 2026, Secret Hit's attorney in Colombia formally requested an audit. As of publication, it has not been granted.12

The trademark and the Miami office

  • The U.S. registration of the TUMÚSICA trademark (No. 6008293) was cancelled on September 25, 2026, because the declaration of use required by law was not filed.5
  • In March 2026, Ambi filed new applications for that mark on an "intent to use" basis, not based on current use in the United States.5
  • Billboard Brasil and Bloomberg Línea reported that the label would be based in Miami.2 As of October 10, 2026, Florida's business registry shows no company under the names Tu Música, Tumusica or Sua Música.13 Secret Hit's contracts, for their part, are governed by New York and California law.3

Ambi has defended its brand abroad before. In 2018 it recovered the domain suamusica.com before WIPO, represented by Silveiro Advogados. The decision describes it as the operator of the Sua Música platform and says its trademark registrations were Brazilian, with an application pending in the United States. That same year, Ambi was named as a defendant in a federal case in Washington State.14

Warner: distributor and investor

The album is distributed by ADA, Warner Music's distribution arm. In July 2024, Warner Music Brazil announced the purchase of a minority stake in the "Sua Música group".15 In the Receita Federal partner register, Warner does not appear in any of the four group companies named here.4 The investment may exist through channels the register does not show, such as a convertible instrument or a company we have not identified.

Secret Hit wrote to Warner Music Brazil and Tu Música on October 8, 2026, asking for a reply by October 15. On October 10 it wrote to Ambi's trademark attorneys, with a deadline of October 26.12

Two songs without a contract

Besides the twelve contracted songs, Secret Hit maintains that two of its productions were released without a contract with their producers. They are documented in a timeline of messages and session files and remain in dispute. For the U.S. side of the case, Secret Hit filed a claim with the U.S. Copyright Claims Board (docket 26-CCB-0551).16
