In my contracts and in my correspondence, the decisions were made and signed by Tu Música executives. The mention of the people who made the songs, which my contracts provided for, I have not seen in any post.

What they say

That on July 15, 2026 I wrote that the global PR campaign had been carried out successfully and that I took part without charging.

What my documents show

That is true, and they are two different things. The press campaign promoted the album. My payment was not money: it was the promotion Tu Música was to carry out on Ronaldinho's social channels, mentioning the people who made each song. Some of my songs were promoted, not all. In no post I know of am I, the other producers or Secret Hit mentioned or tagged. The June 9, 2026 carousel showing the covers of the whole album has no mentions in its caption.

What they say

That everything was going as agreed, that the contract sets no exact date for the promotion, and that he would let me know when that part began. That day he sent me, as promotional material, links with images of Ronaldinho that, he said, Ronaldinho's team had sent.

What my documents show

The links opened thumbnails of 362 × 270 pixels. I told him so; he replied that they had come through badly and that he would try to save them in another folder. I did not receive the corrected files. Was that the value the project and the artists were meant to be given?

What they say

“Bajo Perfil” and “La Verde” are listed as songs by “Ronaldinho Gaúcho feat. Luis R Conriquez” and “Ronaldinho Gaúcho feat. Tony Aguirre”.

What my documents show

I produced those two songs. In my recording sessions for both there is no track with Ronaldinho's voice. I asked for him to record; Tu Música's answer was that it was very difficult.
