Fair Play in Music

Fair Play in Music

Three rules that should be obvious to anyone who releases a song. This site defends them with a real, documented case.

The three rules

  1. No song is released without a contract with the people who created it.
  2. Whoever signs a royalty contract delivers the statements on the agreed date.
  3. A company that receives a documented claim gives an answer.

If you produce, write or perform, you can sign the three rules with your name. Signing them is not taking a position on this case.

The other team plays too

A site that asks for fair play has to show the opposing account. The replies from Warner and Tu Música are summarized here, and they can add to them whenever they wish.
